Guild Wars 2

Once I open the Gem Store it freezes after 5-10 seconds. When I started 2 weeks ago I didn’t have this problem. It freezes where you can’t click on anything but you can still see the slide show moving and or the timer counting down.

You might try clearing your GW2 cache. Instructions found via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search’ the Knowledge Base for ‘Trading Post – Troubleshoot’.
