Have you tried deleting some emails from your in-game inbox? Sometimes mails and items that you have purchased do not arrive to your accounts because you have 9-10 messages. Try to delete some of them till you are left with two or three and see if those gems arrive. If they do not so in the next few hours, then proceed to contact our Customer Support team.
