Yeah get the same issue as well – just doesn’t let you pass the country selection section and when you do manage to get past it end up getting a funky error – see attachment.
Yes I have been having this problem since last night. I have a support ticket open atm.
I did think it was a win 8 problem. But have just finished installing to my GF laptop(win7) And I get the same error.
I guess it has to be something that happened during the BLTC maintenance yesterday.
on the tech forum moderator said gem store europe is having some problems and that Arenanet is looking into it. He’ll notify us when there is any news.
