Guild Wars 2

Around 2 days ago i bought a rich Dragon coffin…and not one but 5 for 400 gems….and this time amazingly i didnt recieved them….in the history of items purchased…it is there.

But i neither got a mail.. nor black lion trading person has it…nor anyway that i can know….

Is there some way i can get them…and yea i was out of city for two day had to leave abruptly….just made clear on that

This is very likely not a bug that needs to be reported here. I’ll ask you to do the following:

a: check you have room in your mailbox. It often helps to delete a few mails and the mail with the item will arrive.

b: If this doesn’t help please file a supportticket at support.guildwars2.com (ask a question) and support will look into this and manually fix it for you.

As mercury said, this is typically a full mailbox issue, delete a few in game mails and you’ll most likely receive them soon.
