My sister sent me 5 black lion chest keys from the TP and a mini, the mini arrived, but not the chest keys. I put in a support ticket, but still have not received my keys. Is there anything we can do or do we just get ripped off instead?
What response did the CS Team give to your ticket?
Have you emptied out your Mail queue? Picked up all items and Gold from the TP (mail occasionally gets stuck behind items/Gold in the TP)?
