As the title says the total number of gems I own is not showing in the shop I know I have hit the buy button 4 times 1 time to buy just shy of 300 gems for 1 gold a 2nd time to buy just enough gems to make an even 300 then 2 more times to buy 1 gold worth, both purchases being in the 390 gems range. My gold goes away but I have no way to see for sure how many gems I have. as the little box with buy gems and redeem code below it is blank.
This happened to me. I just spent 8.5 gold for 350 gems.
Gold is gone, but the gems are not showing at all…just a blank box.
Attempted transactions that use gems don’t work either. I submitted a ticket.

Log out and relog back into your account.
Every other time i’ve bought gems I’ve recieved them instantly…this time took a few hours.
