Hi, a week ago just got some gems and decided to spend them adding bank tabs (as I have all my bank tabs at full).

I almost always bought them from black lion trading company (which sends you a mail with an item to increase bank tabs).

BLTC didn’t tell me I was already at max bank tabs, it just notifies you that max bank tabs you can have is 12, but it doesn’t tell you that you have max items of it (like it does with nodes wich if you already have it, it doesn’t allow you to buy another one).

So well, BLTC allowed me to buy an additional expansion so I clicked and bought it, and as expected received the mail with the item.

But, surprise! When double clicking on it, a bright red shiny message on middle of screen tells me that I already have max bank tabs.

Well… this is quite upsetting that you allow to buy items that you already have at max and you can not use it. I opened a ticket asking for a refund (removing the item but having back my 600gems) but it was ignored (as I was expecting). So now I’m asking it here.

It is not my fault that you allow to buy things at gem store which the player isn’t allowed to use it. I mean, it should be like nodes, if you already have the max of it, you shouldn’t allow to buy more.

Please, I want a refund back as it is pointless to have such an item worth 600 gems taht I can not use because you didn’t take care of this
