Guild Wars 2

After I accidentally transferred to the wrong server, I got a refund and sent back to my original home server. Two days ago I went to transfer to the chosen server, checking on my gems were there and they were.

Then I logged out to character select and picked my server, getting the error I had No gems for the transfer. Confused I went back in game and checked my gems were gone. Thinking it was a bug I completely shut down the game and restarted it, got back in and checked again.

My 1800 gems I had vanished within seconds.
I had not spent it on anything else there was no explanation for them to vanish.

I’m confused and wondering if I could get some help on this.
I have put in a ticket but I had a friend suggest I put this on the forums as well.

If you want to know how I got the gems by paying with gold given to me by a guild member offering to pay for the transfer.

You will have to wait for a response to your ticket. No one on the forums can assist with missing Gems.
