i purchased a new account and i keep getting this error code… "Unable to complete the operation (Access denied) when I try to transfer my gems to gold. Is it because it is a brand new account? please help XD

Indeed. You will have to put time and play into your account before being able to access that feature.

I understand the need for restrictions like this, but I wish the game gave an NPE-ready message instead of something that makes it look like a bug.
