I bought a Southsun cove chest, but did not recieve it!

I’ve attached a screenshot of my blacklion screen.
How do you fix this and give me my item ?

Hey Jeff, you guys should really think about adding some kind of a more visible notification that the mail inbox is full, unless you feel like answering these types of questions for all eternity :P

yeah.. something like ‘hey traveler you got 10 mails, but WAIT, there is more!’

Clear out your inbox. If it has too many messages, incoming mail will be held in a queue.

Ok, That is very silly.

I’ve bought MANY things in the gem shop, and “never” had this issue before.
But it worked, just been annoyed by this bug so haven’t played for the last couple of days!
