Guild Wars 2

I wanted to buy an additional Character Slot via Gemstore today. Purchasing Gems was no problem, but buying something in Gemstore is impossible right now… at least for me and many other people. The Shop opens, but I only see the main page with the Halloween-Advertisement, which should be gone now I suppose. I can switch to “Upgrades” (or anything else, e.g. “Style”), but the advertisement doesn’t disappear and only the name on the upper left side is changing to “Upgrades”, “Style”, etc…
Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to fix this? It appears to me like an update failure, since some people can shop in the Gemstore without any issues.

Tonight’s update solved the problem for me… =)
