Hi, everytime I try to open the gemstore by clicking the O button my computer screen goes black and I will have to shutdown the game and restart all over again.
I don´t know if it´s a bug, but pls can anybody help me fix this problem ?
Is your antivirus software kicking in at that point or can you not determine if that is the case?
Some antivirus software is a little “slow” when knowing what is harmful or not and therefore will try to protect you in those cases.
Sounds like antivirus software…
Do you use “Avast” ?
