This skill challenge in northeast Gendarran Fields has been bugged for over a week. The NPC’s healthbar shows up but the NPC is nowhere to be found.

I’m on Eredon Terrace.

I am also on Eredon Terrace and have the same problem. It is the only thing I have left to complete this world.
