In Gendarran Fields, Warmaster Yulia won’t spawn for the final skill point in the zone. A glowing axe appears for a few moments in the NPC’s location and then despawns. It is impossible to 100% this area as a result, so I’d say this is pretty serious.

Same here on Far Shiverpeaks. It is the last point in this area for me. Was logging in few times no luck. Planty of ppl just w8ing and hoping for some luck there.

Hope it is not a spoiler or exploit. All I did was enter the keep. There are doors near spawn point. When I got out I was at overflow instance. Guse what – Yulia was at her place. Worked for few others after me.

I’m having the same problem on the Ehmry bay server. Haven’t tried the doors workaround. I’ll try that later tonight and report if it worked for me.

Same problem here on Piken Square.
