Hello,

So I’ve begun to notice that I’m missing skins from weapons or gem purchases from a while ago!

I’m sure they are on some log somewhere of my purchases. I have pictures of a few!
But I’ve begun to notice that there is more than a few. And now I have to go out and either re-buy them or they are gone forever. Its frustrating!

Worse…I’ve put in reports and waiting months now…Is this what I have to expect from ArenaNet/NCSOFT when they patch the game and break something attached to my account they won’t recover it?

Is anyone else noticing this?

If you are ‘missing’ skins from before the Wardrobe was implemented, I am afraid they are gone.

If the skins are from a recent issue, and you only put in an in-game Bug Report, you will get no response (as indicated in the Report window).

For an individualized response, you can contact the CS Team and ask for assistance.

Thanks for the response, I was advised to do that when I first noticed the skins & items missing.

No response still…but I guess you’re right. I probably shouldn’t buy anything else.
