I was doing some farming today and especially in Timberline Falls and Blazeridge Steppes, my screen freezes whenever i try to jump off a higher cliff and glide. Then my character gets teleported for a split second and most of the times returns to the previous location, the entire terrain has to reload after that. However sometimes my character gets stuck in falling animation, far outside the map’s boundaries. You can see in the screenshot where my character was last, and where i teleported to.

I have no idea what’s going on here and im wondering if anyone is aware of this happening.

There have been several reports about that (yay for broken search then I can’t link them here). Also, according with the Known Issue Tracker list this issue is being investigated but devs seems to need more information about it.

No that’s jumping out of water. For me it looks like it’s an issue with jumping off cliffs, and pressing space to glide after that. My issues were nowhere near water.

Ah I see, however I believe they are tied somehow. I also have heard reports about players getting teleported when jumping off a cliff or something. A while back someone reported it happening when climbing down a building in PvP.
