I just purchase a Ghostly Infusion (Vitality) off of the trading post; the animation doesn’t work. I equipped it to my chestpiece, and there is no animation at all. I’ve relogged, tried in PvP, PvE, and WvW. I’ve tried it with only my chestpiece on. It is not working at all.
