Dear fellow gw2 players and GM’s

Today I bought a “total makeover kit” for my friend: Ryusha.9736.
After I completed the purchase 400 gems dissapeared from my account.

When I asked my friend if he had received the gift he said he hadn’t.
This transaction took place about 15 minutes ago.

When will he receive this gift?
Can someone ensure me he will either get the gift or i get reimbursed my gems?

He will recieve it when he empties his mailbox to leave space for the gift mail.

His mailbox is empty but still no gift..

Can someone tell me how I can contact someone from Gw2?
