Hey, I’ve got a really annoying issue with getting the rewards for completing world exploration. After i hit 100% on my thief, I did get the achie and the title but I did not get the mail with rewards. Before you ask, yes I did try relogging (quite a few times cause it has been like a month ago) and cleaning my mailbox and I still received nothing. I’d really appreciate some help, thanks in advance.

I was just going to ask about something similar to this. I just completed 100% of the world, and I got the chest with the 2 Gifts of Exploration. However, when I hit “M” to view the map, it now shows that I am missing one POI and that I am at 99%. I have also not received the title or the account badge. Any explanation?

@Mastare: Go to the Chantry of Secrets again. That used to fix your problem a long time ago when it was more widespread. If that doesn’t work, send in a support ticket. Also note that the Gifts of Exploration are not in mail, but instead awarded in chest form like the daily/monthly achievement reward chests.

@ExtraXtreme: Living story updates tend to add new POIs. Double check your maps, especially Divinity’s Reach since it doesn’t show completion when moused over in the world map. Are you sure you don’t have the title? Once you reach 100% the first time, you should have all those rewards permanently.

I am not sure what mail you are expecting but with 4x world completion I’ve never gotten any mail. The gift of exploration is obtained similar to how you get the daily chest and world boss bonus chests. Except instead of a chest it’s world completion badge in the bottom corner of your screen. That bit of UI is also limited to two items so if you have other things waiting for you to click on them then you’ll have to open those first.

Well, I thought it comes in a mail, but what’s really the difference? The point is I got nothing, no mail no chest, nothing.

Did you re-visit the Chantry of Secrets as I mentioned in my last post? Otherwise send in a support ticket. They should be able to solve the problem as there really aren’t any other workarounds (that I know of at least).

Afair the support once said:

• Visit chantry of secrets
• Visit every city
• Visit every other map

If this doesn’t work, write a ticket.
