Gift of Exploration missing
Have you tried re-visiting the Chantry of Secrets? Support is a bit bogged down right now, they will answer you ASAP. You did receive the ‘we got your submission’ email, didn’t you? If not, you might check your spam/junk folders, or peruse the ‘Not getting our Emails’ thread over in the Account Issues sub-forum. Good luck.
Yes i have rechecked every map :S
And i got their email about a week ago. While i know the support may take up to 72 hours to respond i thought after a week it may be a bit overdue.

The Chantry of Secrets isn’t exactly a map, but a location within a map. This is the number one reason for not receiving the reward. If you have re-visited it, (and it does require re-visiting), then post your ticket number in the Sticky ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’ and the Support Liaison will have a look. Good luck. =)
