Gifts fof Exploration Problem
Today I finished 100% world map in WvW Eternal Battleground. No pop-up achievement on screen. No Gift of Exloration. I got only tittle.
I had this exact same problem a few minutes ago. Finished my achievement in a WvW match and only recieved the achievement and the title and the rewards for the area that was completed. No gifts of exploration or icon by my name.
I think it has something to do with the fact they are adding points for the event. The counter is getting confused???

We already have 100% completion we just never received the rewards.
Yes this isn’t a thread saying “we think we got 100% and didn’t get our reward”…we all popped the achievement “been there done that” we can see the title in our hero panel, our map icon on character load says 100% and the counters are all maxed. However, I believe due to the patch and the addition of 2 new POI’s in Lion’s Arch the counter errored and when I completed my last map it thought (even though my counter says all POI’s complete) that there were more to get. When I got the 2 in LA I got the title and achievement BUT since I had previously already 100%‘d LA no chest was awarded where usually you’d get the Gifts of Exploration….and the icon next to my character name is not showing…though I have the title. I do not believe I would have the title and achieve if I missed the Chantry POI. If that POI is included in the totals on the world map then I have it cause the totals are all complete.

Group I apologize going to the Chantry is the answer. I don’t know why..I had the point when I loaded it shows 1/1 pt complete but when I went in I got the gifts and mark. Really strange but it does work – even if you had done it before.
Aye, it happened to me as well. It doesn’t make much sense, but that inexplicably instanced Chantry POI seems to stumble many people.

I have same problem.. no reward..
I completed the map 100% about 4 weeks ago now, I have the title “Been there, Done that” yet, no star besides my name, till so far not really that worries about it. Heres the thing, I started farming for my Legendary weapon 2 weeks ago, and I got about 40% of the mats I need to get everything, however, it seems that the “Gift of Exploration” comes from a reward for completing the map…euhm WHERE IS IT?
I Did NOT get a reward for completing the map 100%! so it is impossible to get my legendary weapon, and that is a severe problem as it is the only thing left for me to work towards!
Edit: It seems that once you complete the map 100% you have to go BACK into Chantry of Secrets and it will give you the POI again 0_o…makes no sense i know, but that worked for me…..ignore the rant above :P
At least, the above worked for me, hope it does the same for all you out there as well.

i have the same problem and have tried going to chantry of secrets to see if the gifts will be awarded but ive had no luck
Working here.
Got my last poi on a wvw map and only received the title. Went to chantry of secrets and received chantry of secrets completion and 2 gifts of exploration.
I have the same problem as cranage. I’ve gone back into the Chantry repeatedly and still no gifts. I have sent a fair amount of silver porting around the world to various areas to see if the chest would pop, but no luck.
