Hi. i found it’s actually doesn’t showed up even when i reach 284 in tailoring

have you bought the recipe for the insignia? it isn’t one that automatically turns up unless you have the recipe.

Did you acquire the recipe (from Wintersday Gift or TP) and learn it on that character?
