I’m a brand new player, created a human thief on Fort Aspenwood. Only finished the tutorial mission and am currently wandering Queensdale, and yet I already have credit for the PvP ‘Gladiator’ achievement. Apparently I’ve already earned 500 rank points, ankitten ow tier 3 with 6 achievement points despite not even touching or unlocking PvP. My PvP profile is still ‘Rabbit, o/500.’ :S

That seems to happen to many accounts. I’m not sure why.

Do you remember which mob you killed to trigger it? I remember a while back there was an achievement that triggered on any mob with “guard” in their name even though it was supposed to be a WvW achievement.

You get a chalice of “glory” when you buy the game; the 500 points is probably from that, assuming you consumed it. As for you it doesn’t show up on your pvp page yet, that’s possibly because you’re not high enough level to have spvp “unlocked” on your account.

Not 100% sure, but it probably triggered while I was fighting the centaurs during the human tutorial mission.
