So in the 6th map we were xformed into charrs for that one quest, then after that was over, we got our bonus round (after the 2 set completion). Problem, we were all still charrs and could not pick up the reflect shards to defend ourselves. We spent like 20 minutes dodging razer and worked the jade maw down. In its final skill right before death, it razered all of us and since none of us could hold a shard, it killed us all and reset the boss. Dying, suiciding off of cliffs etc etc did not get us out of charr xforms. As a result, it did not pass us for that entire level, in addition to missing out on the bonuses.

We experienced the same bug and had to leave the fractal without completing it.
This needs an urgent fix as it leaves the dungeon unplayable.
