Guild Wars 2

Hey there

I bought the Living World season 2 episode called “Entaglement”. I played it to the Cavern of the Shining Lights, where I had to help Taimi activate the three Inquest defense systems. Then I got to the last of the defense systems, and after Taimi activated it, there was a flash of light. After it a next objective appeared where it stated that I should discuss the next step with my friends. The problem was that nothing happened. No new of those green star icons appeared on the map to indicate any objective, or nothing else. I tried to talk to the characters but they just have their routine conversation as in any other idle situation. I replayed the whole quest up until that point, and I managed to succesfully replicate the error, it stuck to the same point as the last time. I sent in a bug request through the game menu, and sent another one after the second time as a means of affirming that it’s probably an error in the quest mechanism rather than some random variable.

Has any other players encountered glitch like this, and if yes, is there any way to go around it to progress in the quest?
