Glitched 100% map completion

Just finished my 100% and was so excited because im so close to finishing my Legendary and i noticed i didnt get my gifts of exploration. Is there some npc i need to talk or is it still glitched when completed thanks.
If i dont need to speak to any npc i do hope i can be compisated for my items please, thanks again guys keep up the good work.!
