Me and a friend have been doing a clear in Blazeridge, and so far he’s received both a Gloory Booster and a WXP Booster from PvE mobs.. What’s up with this?

Quite sure yes. He hadn’t even completed daily when he got them and it’s not like him to make something like it up. :P
