Randomly somewhere near me at seemingly random times a dude made of pure glowy ley line energy appears buzzes for like 3 seconds and then disappears. I don’t know if that just the new way they signal that a ley line boss is happening or if its a bug

It’s a feature – next time you see it, run up to it. If you get close enough, you’ll unlock an achievement which starts a storyline that explains what it is and why you’re seeing it.
