I put a to buy order on the trade post which lagged, my to buy order is gone and so is the gold, and i did not get any item

The same happened to me. But after the lag there was a error message and then nothing, but my 80 gold dissapeared.

I got help ingame, was told tp is slow today and to wait.
ok after like 10 minutes my order appeared
