Guild Wars 2

Today I asked my friend to lend me a certain amount of money (not a small amount) because I saw something that could easily make us both 10g richer on Trading Post.
I had 3 windows open when I clicked to accept the gold, one other was my inventory and another was the Trading Post so naturally I wanted to click ’buy’ in TP asap after accepting the money but it turned out the money was *not* added in my wallet.
We were both very confused because I saw the amount he send me and then it dissappeared in the mail, yet did not went into my wallet.

Please check this out, Arenanet?
(I assume you people have access to sent mails and wallets?)

Still monitoring this thread, I really would like an explanation and my friend’s money back.

Maybe I should have mentioned my friend is not in the same server/world as me. I’m stationed in Underworld.
