There are 3 links on this page; 2 at the top (one named Support, one named Services – Support) and one at the bottom (named Support).
Once you click on one of those Support links, there is another link named ‘Submit a Request’ in the upper right hand corner.
Fill out the web-form, making sure to choose an option from all drop-down menus to avoid errors, and then the CS Team will reply (almost immediately with an automated response first).

Had 557 gold at start of the week, got lucky sold colossus and a lot of shadow abyss… yesterday before log off i had 2070 gold or so… this morning i had 500 left ! made a ticket but no answer after 5 hours wainting…. im panicking
While you’re waiting for support response, I’d recommend changing your password just in case your account was compromised.
If you check reela’s post history security lead Chris Cleary states that his gold was removed because of RMT not because of a bug or any BS he spun on this forum.
Take note, gold does not just suddenly vanish from your account, nor does it suddenly appear in mysterious circumstance.

My favourite part of reela’s story is the fact that they didn’t ban his account, they just removed the offending gold.

To all of you, if you have bought Gold via a third party seller, do not bother contacting support as it has been deleted off your char.

You would have had to have at least hovered your cursor over the price field and pressed 1 at least a couple of times to sell them for that much.
Anet problay took the gold like they said they would if they found players buying from RTM due to the recent crack down.

Come on, are you serious, Chris Cleary has already outed you for being a 3rd party gold buyer.
OP; that’s probably the reason you lost gold too. Gold doesn’t vanish; if you sincerely can say and prove you haven’t purchased gold from a 3rd party, I suggest a support ticket, otherwise bow your head in shame…

In that case: change your GW2-registered email account as well. It not unlikely that it’s compromised as well.

Actually, reela commented before Cleary posted ANet’s new tactics/policy; the blistering reply to reela’s original post came later still.
And in any case, reela isn’t the OP. The OP’s circumstances are similar — only gold is missing and a nice, round number at that — suggesting similar circumstances, but there’s no official comment yet.
I’m happy that ANet is cracking down on RMT buyers in this way: both removing their illicit gains and pointing out their just desserts (for those who try to appeal to the court of public opinion). But in this case, reela has already been punished three times: losing their money, being outed (in the original post), and again (in this post). I think we can lay off the criticism: either they got it already or they haven’t learned from the experience; nothing we say is going to change that.
Within 24 hours of sending my ticket, I received my 110 gold back, though they made it clear that they don’t give gold as a general rule. So I was very happy with the customer support.
And I actually wasn’t in battle when I sold it. It’s just a recurring problem I’ve had for a long time (about once a month) where I sell instantly and it gets listed instead. Possibly having to do with the order I tried to sell to already having sold to someone else. Normally this only costs me a couple silver, but in this case it was too much to ignore. But yeah, every time I sell torn garments now I’m going to be holding my breath.

I spent 7 hours farming silver wastes to get gold, events, and items to pull to bits for mets for crafting, I had 200g(rounded up) when I logged off, logged back on the next day and I’m back to 97 silver. I brushed it off as a bug at first, so I set about farming again to work up the gold so I can craft, got back up to 20ish gold signed off, lost internet for a few weeks singed back on and I’m back to 97silver, its utterly ridicules! I’ve had NO replies from tickets sent in, its like they are being ignored and closed!

Have you sent in an actual support ticket from the website, or did you send a bug report in-game? If you sent bug reports, you won’t ever get a response. You have to make one support ticket (making multiples will delay your response time), and then wait up to 72 hours for a reply.
I have done both Roseo, don’t get me wrong the support team are normally very good. but in missing gold its like they ignore it. :/

I am also going to point out because its Fake money made in game I am NOT looking for it to be refunded, but I am looking for it to stop being taken off me every time I log off from hours of game play.

Besides this, make sure you are actually receiving emails from the system: whenever one creates a new ticket, there’s at least an automated response — if you are not getting that, your email system is hiding mail from ANet (probably in junk or spam folders — see the sticky in the Account issues subforum for details).
