Hello,

I sent a friend 3 gold to get him started with his new character. It’s been almost a day, and he still has not received the gold. His mailbox is 0/10. So it’s not overflowed. I double checked and it has A. Been sent to the right person and B. Given the message “Sent Successfully!” and still, he hasn’t received his mail. Any reason why this happened? I feel like I just threw away some gold now.

How can you be positive you sent it to the correct character/Account name? Did you screenshot it at the time?

Remember, new accounts have some limits on what they can send/store/receive, etc. It may just be a matter of time.

is his mailbox full? because sometimes when it is, he wont get any more mails coming through… just a thought

Definitely not a full mailbox, Syncez :P

Could be anti-goldselling, though - there’s a definite limit to what new accounts can send, and probably receive too.

Possibly, your friend has never deleted any messages he received from in-game sources (e.g. every heart vendor sends a message when their heart is filled). These may clog up his/her inbox. Ask your friend to also delete all these messages.

If the gold is still not received after that, you may have mistyped your friend’s name while sending the message.
