Golden Airship broke in Gendaren Fields.
Known issue and the team is working on a fix.

Yepppppppppppp… and there’s some good potential for shenanigans here but I shouldn’t mention it.
Such Shenanigans are fun, till you realize you can’t use the Mystic Forge Attendant any more.
I like the way all of the crafting masters seem to have gotten fed up with their stations and are now milling about the poor helmsman, obstructing her view. All save the Master Huntsman, who appears to be trying to teach herself to cook without the aid of the Master Chef.
As of March 22 update, NPCs inside the airship are spread all-over the place, almost all of them are now where they’re not supposed to be, and a few even overlapping.
Rebooting and repairing the client didn’t help.
I was just doing map exp in Gendarren Fields when I went past the toxic spore tree north of Overlook Caverns and up to the tunnel with Lionguard soldiers. I was confused as to why their names were white instead of the usual green, so I decided to attack one to which I was able to kill it. I decided to record a killing of one of the guards at the Almuten Mansion . After that, I relogged and everything was back to normal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWE6t0wJw9E
All the crafting NPC’s (except the Jeweler and Artificer ones) on capt airship, are bunched very close around the banker since the 3/22 patch, making it very difficult to interact with the right ones, especially the banker.
To provide more information. This is done by using the Captain’s Airship pass while on the airship. The NPCs become combat targets you can attack. Melee hits nudge them and I’ve seen people moving them up to the banker.
In addition, if you engage in combat with them, all waypoints in the zone become contested forcing you to zone out be it waypoint or walking.
Going to record a video for further detail.
My voice is low in the video but it shows the exact bug nonetheless.

Come to think of it, i recall seeing this guy attacking Miani there on the airship about 2 days ago, may have been right after the patch. He was kinda annoying with spamming his attacks but i saw Miani move form her position. Tbh, i wasn’t sure what to think of that, thought it was a glitch of some kinda, but I asked him if he was crazy spamming his attacks like that on an NPC and he just replied, ‘hmmm’ but stopped doing it after that.
there’s a ranger moving/attacking/knocking all the profession npcs to the upper deck where the bank npc is located at.
does anet know about this?

Yeah, it’s been reported that there’s a bug with the npcs after using the airship pass. Go ahead and bug report it again. I’d also report the person trolling.
Just ported to the ship and DCed, logging back in the crafting NPCs are not there, just the stations, all the others are.
Zoned out and back in, still not there.

Some have found ways to kill them from what I believe I’ve seen. Haven’t been able to record it though. A fix will be around soon. Temp solution is taking the airship to LA and using the crafting merchants there until ANet finds a solve.
There’s a Dev post about the Airship in the GD sub-forum that may be of interest.
Seriously? The solution to you mucking up is disabling the friggin content? WEAK!!!! Want reimbursement for the extra traveling and time spend.
Just a heads up that the one-time Passes that could be obtained in the past still work and produce the same error.
Still disabled, even after the update…
Glad i spent 1000 gems on that.
I can confirm that the permanent Captain’s Airship Pass is still disabled after the 3/25 patch which “[f]ixed a bug that would allow players who used an airship pass in Gendarran Fields to attack NPCs.” The golem NPC in Gendarran Fields who checks passes seems also to still be missing.
It seems like a simple oversight; hopefully someone just forgot to toggle it back on after the problem necessitating its disabling was fixed.
