Got a laurel on F2P acc
Yeah, achievements can still reward them.
Based on https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/95982157-Account-types-Free-Core-HoT I don’t think F2P accounts are denied to get Laurels, they just won’t get Login Rewards and this isn’t the only source of Laurels in the game, if I’m not mistaken.
