Got dupe Infinirarium-Glider, no keys?

I had this happen to me with one of the outfits from the previous months BLC. I submitted a ticket but was able to resolve it on my own, however it seems to be a bug from time to time and when i suggested in a reply to my ticket that it be submitted to the bug team, they simply told me to come to the forums and post it……apparently emailing in between departments doesn’t exist.
It can be resolved a couple ways:
1. If you have a spare black lion key…exit the chest window, possibly relog, then open another chest. It should notice the duplicate item at that point and award the 2 keys.
2. Buy another key, or complete a map to get one and perform step 1
3. Submit a ticket
I purchased 50 keys last week and had the bug happen 4 times. Thankfully because i had more keys to use I was able to resolve it by closing the chest window and reopening (option 1 above)
But it didn’t happen all the time, sometimes on a duplicate the system would notice it right away and award the keys. So it seemed hit and miss.
Alright, I’ll go get another key then before I bother support with it. Also means they’re at least aware of the issue if you sent in a ticket.

We have received reports of this issue and have been unsuccessful in debugging it. I’ve been on other threads and working with CS to gather as much information as possible so that we can try to get it to reproduce. I’ll add Nova’s resolution to those conversations to see if it helps.

I had a similar issue, where I got Braham’s outfit from a black lion chest even though I had purchased it from the gem store. I reported the bug on the forums.
Go ahead and contact customer support and tell them which character it happened to. I did this and in about a day they sent me 2 black lion chest keys in the mail.
There’s something charming about rangers.
It happen to me also got extra infinirarium-glider (got 3 Extra) and sent a ticket but dont know if thy reply on it and hope thy send some keys my way and just opne 5 more chest and at the last one i got a extra glider so i got 4 gliders now

Bumping this, I sent a ticket to the german CS (since I’m german and I don’t think I can even contact the english one without it getting filtered to german CS anyway?) and they responded just now, asking for more details which I just gave them (now awaiting their response again)
I’ll edit this post as soon as I hear more.
Also thanks @SarahWitter, glad to hear you’re aware of it and yes, debugging can be a major pain.
