So I’ve got the reward for the legendary weapon:

but it still says that I need one location:

So the last point I have get in a WvW Map didn’t got really tracked and I still miss the Title and this Icon at my Name.

And I can’t get the last Point of interest because on the Map it is allready completed

i think thats the new waypoint in the citadel for the living story. Have you been there?

Nah I have 17/17 there.

I think its the POI in the sancturary of the order of secrets.

I had the same, for me it was the “new” jumping puzzle in gendarran. Had the gifts in my inventory but still said 99%, after I did the JP there it was 100%.
