I was doing Shellshock storyline several days ago
After you mortar all the Pact members because they were illusioned to be undead, you have a choice:
Investigate Tactician Syska
OR
Save the squad behind enemy lines.
Now, I chose to investigate Syska and let the others save the squad, I go a on a chase and fight lots of Orrian illusions.
However after that has been settled, the next part of the story (siege of Fort Trinity), Trahaerne is going on about a Krait Orb and someone called Apatia – both of which I have never encountered but the text seems to imply I should.
I opened a ticket several days ago, and while in status report it was said that this problem has been fixed, i still have Liberating Apatia quest, and can’t progress the was intended.

I have the same problem, only I picked to save the squad instead of investigating Syska. Currently I have the Liberating Apatia quest with no progress made on it.
