Have killed him three times for the event but not getting credit, anyone else also getting same issue is there a fix for it?

I had the same the first time I did him. No achievement and no chest. Second time achievement and chest. 3rd time no chest again

Chest was there let me open it first time, next two times it wouldn’t.

Killed once in overflow, no achievement, no chest, did get the gold medal and Karma reward though.

The chest seems to be only once per day just like the world bosses so if you have collected it already you would not be able to open it a second time.

That’d make sense, given their status.

I thought chests were once/day, as well, until reset happened. Then I got a chest for Lich and Candy Corn guy. So, it seems haphazard. Also, even though I killed Lich 3 times before reset, I didn’t get the Achievement credit until I killed him after reset. /shrugs

If by GM you mean someone who shows up in game and has the ability to fix problems on the spot, ANet doesn’t have people like that. You can report a bug using options or by reporting in the Game Bugs forum, or even with a ticket but I think they don’t like that as well as the other 2 ways.
