Hello, I wrote already twice to support directly, and I am still waiting.
The NPC that is supposed to sell me the “vital” things that I have lost doesn’t actually sell me anything. I am stuck because I lost my Nevermore recipe (used in the wrong character). I find it ridicolous I should level another character (to artificer) since there is a NPC that have a shop option appositely for these cases. Please fix it, or at least reply some ETA – there is already plenty bugs in the game, in the new (paid) HoT content, and this one is a small one, clear one, and blocking one.

Have you tried just rebuying the collection chest from Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs? (Hint: Look at the conveniently named tab “First Collection Chests”)
I haven’t needed it myself – at least not yet.

Omfg. Thank you. But really, I asked in my guild and every person I knew, everyone was saying it was supposed to be in the other shop option, I didn’t even scrolled down all that tab myself. Thanks for sharing, you fixed my problem
