1. The GrandMaster’s Training Manual does not list any prerequisites and the Player can get into a scenario where they buy the Grandmaster’s Training Manual before the Master’s Training Manual thinking this would allow them to buy-pass the Master’s Training Manual.

Repro:
=
1. Player levels to 60 without buying the Master’s Training Manual.
2. Player buys Grandmaster’s Training Manual
3. Player opens inventory (i), and RIGHT CLICKS on Grandmaster’s Training Manual.
4. Select “USE”
5. Observe no error message is displayed and the “USE” option is enabled during the RIGHT CLICK menu.

Expected Result:
===
1. The player is unable to buy the GrandMaster’s Training Manual until the Master’s Training Manual is used.

or.

2. The GrandMaster’s Training Manual can be bought before Master’s Training Manual but cannot be used until the Master’s Training Manual is used.

Also, I just wanted to say I’m really enjoying Guild Wars 2 and have been having a great time. Your team really changed the experience of the current MMO generation.

I had the same expectations…that i can use grandmasters training manual without Masters training manual. It was my strategy….choose the cheapest way, but not working. It should be written, that you have to use masters manual first.

I thought the same thing and I agree that it should be noted in the description of the item.

You should be able to use Grandmasters w/o using the masters. Why wouldn’t you?
