So this was posted many times before, but I don’t intend to stop asking untill I get decent answer from admins.
This game really lacks DX11 update and overall performance optimisation. Something must be done about that CPU heavy game.
Users keep saying that DX11 wouldn’t help anything, but I deny to belive that. DX11 support multithreading, which would allow game to use 100% of CPU, rather than only 50%. I’m talking about i7 and Xeon CPUs in this case.
It’s just annoying that my CPU usage will never go above 50%, and same for GPU. Acctually my GPU isn’t even using highest frequency because game is just not depending on GPU as much as it should.
So I realy hope that we get some performance improvements about that. Also hoping on any reply from admin/developer for this case.

Also I would like to report that I’m getting some random graphic spikes while playing WvW. Not lagg like connection lagg, but acctuall graphic freeze for few secounds. Picture will just freeze for some time, and before you say it’s because of my PC … well that’s not the case. I’m running all other games without a single problem, and I think that over 1000$ PC should be able to handle GW2 just fine. But it doesn’t because of lack of optimisation.
All other programs are running fine, nothing else is lagging on my PC, except GW2.

I am monitoring GPU, CPU, SSD and RAM usage all the time … they are never even near to 100% to cause any kind of those problems.

I realy hope developers will find some way to force game client to use 100% of PC ressources (CPU & GPU).
