Graphics Glitch Dredgehaunt Cliffs

I have the weirdest bug that looks like lightning jumping between snowflakes in this area. It only seems to be this area of the game and wasn’t like this for me the other day. Seems to be isolated to the Steelbrachen section of the zone

It’s most likely a storm caused by the Sons of Svanir. I know there’s an event where you help the Durmand Priory end the storm, which is corrupting ice elementals.
