In this dungeon, for the grawl shaman he can knock you backwards and into the lava behind him which results in an instant death. I was knocked off the platform and on my screen it displayed me on the cliff where I could be picked up, however it seems in the game I am still stuck in the lava unable to be ressurected, and the worst part is, there are no waypoints.
when the whole team dies you can start from checkpoint
That is a bug in my opinion. You should be able to get rezzed and be able to rejoin your group. Poor dungeon planning I think.
