Q:
Grawnk achievement
A:
If you completed the ‘quest’ for the Home Instance Wintersday Tree last year, you can not complete it again. It will show up already completed (which it was/is) in the Achievements Panel.
Achievements completed prior to this Wintersday do not count, nor do (usually) any infinite Achievements.
Good luck.
The trouble is, it doesn’t count against this year’s achievements. My panel says I have done ‘Grawkn munch’ and another from last year, but my general progression is 2 less than what it should be, which means I’m at a disadvantage because I’m not a new player
and we’re NOT recruiting ^^

Only 1 of 2 achievements from last year are counted for this year’s meta, as you even stated. Clicking the meta achievement will show a list with all achievements required for it and that second one isn’t in it.

Ok, but when I click it says I have ‘Grawkn Munch’ (for a total of – now – 5 achievements) though it manages to total 4/18…
and we’re NOT recruiting ^^
Same problem for me, i have 2 achievs completed last year and these achievs are not counted in my total…
Total says 14/18 when detailed list shows 16/18 achievs done…
I would like to reiterate this issue. According to the summary page, I have completed 8 Wintersday achievements. However, the meta event counter claims that I have only completed 6/18 achievements. Taking a closer look at the meta list, I see that the achievement “Generous Harvest” that is listed on the summary page is not listed in meta. Furthermore, the achievement “Grawnk Munch” is listed as completed in the meta list but it doesn’t count towards the total (I have completed both during a previous Wintersday). What this means in practice is that in order to get the meta reward I would have to complete all but one of the remaining achievements, or in other words simply getting the event meta done requires either the 10k drinks achievement or the 2.5k candy cane achievement. In my opinion, this looks like a ridiculous requirement for an event meta. Could you please confirm whether this is a bug or an intended feature?
I am having this problem too… I am looking at the meta summary… There are 16 green check marks… Plus there are 2 repeatable ones that I have repeated 1 or 2 times which don’t have check marks but should count towards the meta. That should give me 18 (or 19 if the repeatable ones count each time you repeat them) but it is showing me only at 17/18.
So 2 bugs.. not getting credit for at least 1 of the achievements towards the meta… and checkmarks not showing next to the repeatable achievements.

Hmm, by chance does the repeatable achievement show in the meta’s requirement achievement list? I ask because I can’t recall the requirements for this one specifically and as far as I recall repeatable achievements never counted toward any meta.
As a repeatable achievement, Toypocalypse should count for 1 in meta’s requirement. It doesnt count at all and that’s a bug.

I just finished Toypocalypse 15/15 and it didn’t count for my meta either. It was going to put me at 18/18 for the meta ap………. I hope I just din’t waste my time good grief.
edit:
Well I did bell choir 1 time repeatable and it gave me the meta.. if I woulda known
