The door to the worm is closed and end endless event of killing stuff from the cages is going on instead. No way to create a Norn char at the moment. (Borlis Pass)

P. S.: I’ve deleted the char and created a new one. no joy.

experiencing the same problem, loads of people been waiting around for at least an hour..

That instance (and the human one) is known to bug. Two things that can be tried. One is to guest to another server and see if you can land in another instance. The second, if you can possibly convince everyone in there to go to character select, the instance will collapse and reset with the first person that enters it.

Friend of mine is stuck there too!! HALP!!

Bump, Anet please fix this, we’re building up a crowd in this instance^^

I’ve been stuck there off and on all day. maybe about 20 people on and off. I was the only one on when I started, and going to character select didn’t help, nor did signing off.

This bug happens literally every second day recently. This needs a fix more badly than anything else right now imo.

Yeah it’ s bugged right now. We have like 8-10 people just sitting here not able to get passed the gate.

I confirm this is bugged. Not exactly the greatest bug to have.

Stuck for what seems like ages… no change. Gate isn’t budging and the animal hunt is still going… First Norn character, first Mesmer character, I’m a five-day-old Guild Wars 2 veteran, and I’ve already encountered a bug… Frustrating.

Confirmed still not working… I even tried the following:

- Twisted Watchwork Portal Device does not work
- Teleport to Friend does not work
- Trying to scale the cliff leads to invisible barriers
- Captain’s Airship Pass does not work
- Royal Terrace Pass does not work

Please fix this ASAP.

EDIT: OK I MANAGED TO GET OUT!

Not sure if this works for everyone but I used the Home Portal Stone to escape the instance I was in. No, logging out and logging back in didn’t work but this somehow did. Managed to get into an empty instance, did the event which thankfully WORKED and I ferried in a friend from the broken instance. We made it out… FINALLY.

Yeap, the gates still closed right now. Using that guest feature inst working for me either.
