Ive noticed this in a game of pvp last night, whenever an Engineer throws a grenade, I experience epic amount of lag as well as other players on my team. It’s only grenades that cause this lag, no other explosion or skills or anything.

One of the matches was a living hell, one team was nothing but grenade throwing engineers; withing the first 10 minutes of the match barely anyone could move or counter without nearly crashing.

Ive tried digging through the forums and have only found similar posts with no real resolution. I have done all the steps from re-install, dropping all settings, and what not.

Well when u r looking right in flamestrower or have camera zoom in, it is lagy too, which is bigger problem in dungs

I can confirm this. I get a little lag when I throw grenades, it’s even worse when someone else is throwing them. Flamethrower is the same, if they are near you it lags out around you.

Needs sorting out! Everything else is fine though.

Well thank you for confirming that isn’t just me >.< … hopefully anet will toss out a response or path or something…. at the least rename Engineers to Lagmancers
