I can’t loot it. I have opened it properly with the bomb (and got the achievement) for the first time on this account (since beta). I cannot interact with the chest at all.

This happened to me too.

Pretty annoying given how difficult it is.

Oh well, given the way arenanet handles loot it was probably just a level 20 blue anyway lol.
