Hello,

I haven’t played this game in a while and am just coming back, but I was a little curious about an animation problem that I keep encountering. This is specifically with guardian based ground spells like symbols. Every time I cast one, or see someone else casting one, the ground animations are partially replaced with a yellow line instead of the normal animations that I remember.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the animation that I’m talking about, it’s not crashing the game or anything but it is quite annoying. I’ve tried tinkering around with the settings quite a bit to see if there was a specific problem causing this bug, but I couldn’t quite find anything. I’ve turned stuff off and on to no avail, I keep thinking that it’s in a setting somewhere, like simple ground targetting or some accessibility feature but I haven’t found it yet.

Do you mean that yellow circle around the outside? That’s an “edge of the effect” indicator. Perhaps it was added after you last played.

This. It’s not a bug, there have been several AoE effect updates (like healing spells triggering that water effect etc.).
