The Symbolic Avenger trait is supposed to give you increased power when you have more toughness, but when toughness is added, there is no increase in the power stat. I went from Marauder amulet to Knight amulet. This is also bugged with the Retributive Armor trait because this will not give you more ferocity with added toughness. This only works with base values.

The traits are only affected by base toughness. When you add more toughness with Strength in Numbers, the two traits (Retributive Armor and Symbolic Avenger) do not proc.

So: You don’t get either extra power or ferocity when gaining toughness outside of base toughness.
