The bug where Norn, Human, and Sylvari females can only get 12 out 14 Whirling Wrath hits is still around.

The easiest way to replicate this bug is to use the target golems in the PVP lobby. Norn/Human/Sylvari females will consistently only get 12 hits, whereas their male counterparts will consistently get 14.

Bump, still an issue.

Tested it on the largest hitbox raid test golem.

Human female -> 12 hits
Human male -> 14 hits

Anet.. racists against women.

There is a note on the wiki about the discrepancy in the log related to not having quickness. An unreliable logging mechanism is pretty annoying.
